‏Ilit studied at the Art Academy in De Hag (Holland) and at the Art School in Tel Aviv (Israel).

During the years she participated in exhibitions- solo and groups, in Israel, Europe, and New York. Ilit paints with oil on canvas and sculptures with stone, iron, and bronze. Ilit paints series which deals with images from different issues of life like identity, places, experience - in the language of art.

‏The materials used in her works are borrowed from reality and gets new meanings in new layers and colors, while emphasizing details, apparently banal – but gets different care.

‏Ilit uses the environment, atmosphere, objects, and anonymous figures - to give them a new identity by colors.
